Housing Manager

Supply Care Solutions are currently recruiting a Housing Manager in north London.\n\nSupply Care Solutions are a market-leading Medical, Social Care and Education recruitment consultancy, we offer a range of accredited services across the public sector, providing highly skilled, compliant professionals in all grades and specialties, including short, long term and permanent positions.\n\nRATE: up to £35.00 ph (umbrella)\nTYPE: LOCUM\nHOURS: This is a Full time role (Mon-Fri)\n\nThis is a varied, customer-focused role requiring an experienced housing professional who can manage a broad range of tenancy and neighbourhood management responsibilities across a regional patch.\n\nKey Responsibilities of the Housing Manager\n\n * Managing and investigating Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases\n\n * Conducting estate inspections and neighbourhood checks\n\n * Ensuring fire risk assessment actions are completed and monitored\n\n * Signing up new residents into their homes, supported by the Allocations Team\n\n * Carrying out rent-related visits where required\n\n * Managing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively\n\n * Working closely with the Customer Engagement Team to improve resident satisfaction\n\n * Delivering a high-quality housing management service across the patch\n\nMust have previous experience within a Housing Manager or generic housing management role and a strong knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management.
