This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed educator to join a supportive school environment and make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum\n\n * Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that meet the needs of all learners\n\n * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and achievement\n\n * Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to support attainment and development\n\n * Differentiate learning activities to meet a range of abilities and learning needs\n\n * Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil outcomes\n\n * Contribute to wider school life, including school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities\n\n * Attend staff meetings, CPD sessions, and parents' evenings as required\n\nThe Ideal Candidate:\n\n * Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching experience in a UK primary setting\n\n * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification\n\n * Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices\n\n * Is passionate about inspiring and supporting young learners\n\n * Has excellent classroom management and communication skills\n\n * Demonstrates a collaborative approach and commitment to whole-school improvement\n\n * Can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues\n\nWhy Apply Through Education Personnel?\n\nWe work with you to find your perfect placement.
