SEN Teaching Assistant\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a wide range of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, communication needs, social, emotional and mental health needs, and physical disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support that enables students to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals.\n\nKey responsibilities include supporting pupils in the classroom and during wider school activities, assisting with the implementation of individual education and support plans, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing, and helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
