Opened recently in Central London, this medium-sized, chef-led restaurant combines exceptional ingredients, refined technique, and a clear ambition to earn Michelin recognition.

This is an opportunity to work under the guidance of a world-class Executive Chef and Head Chef, both with experience at the highest levels of fine dining.

We're searching for a Sous Chef with a strong Michelin-starred background in modern European restaurants who wants to be part of a journey from the beginning.

The Role

You will be a key member of the senior kitchen team, supporting the leadership group in delivering exceptional standards every service.

You will:

• Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations

• Lead and inspire a talented brigade

• Drive consistency, quality, and attention to detail across every section

• Maintain exceptional standards of preparation, presentation, and execution

• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes

• Train and develop junior chefs

• Lead service with confidence and composure

• Ensure food safety, stock control, and kitchen organisation are maintained at the highest level

About You

This role is suited to a chef who is serious about their craft and looking for a kitchen where standards genuinely matter.

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within Michelin-starred or Michelin Guide restaurants

• A strong background in modern European cuisine

• Excellent classical cooking techniques

• Experience working in high-pressure fine dining environments

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Ambition to contribute towards Michelin-star aspirations

• A calm and professional approach during service
